If you’re planning a trip to Wyoming, make sure you spend some time exploring Jackson Hole. 🤍

Nestled near Grand Teton National Park, Jackson is one of those mountain towns that instantly makes you fall in love. Between the western charm, incredible restaurants, cozy mountain vibes, breathtaking scenery, and endless things to do, it’s easy to see why so many people keep coming back.

We spent a day and a half exploring downtown Jackson and honestly…we could’ve stayed so much longer.

Whether you’re visiting for a national park road trip, a luxury mountain getaway, or simply wanting to experience the charm of Jackson Hole, here’s everything we recommend doing while you’re there.

Explore Downtown Jackson

One of our favorite parts about Jackson was simply walking around downtown.

The entire area feels like a mix of:

  • Western charm

  • Luxury mountain town

  • Cozy small-town atmosphere

  • Outdoor adventure destination

The streets are lined with:

🛍️ Boutiques

🎨 Art galleries

☕ Coffee shops

🤠 Western stores

🍽️ Restaurants & bars

Everywhere you look there are mountain views, rustic buildings, and fun little spots to explore.

Downtown Jackson is extremely walkable, which makes it perfect for spending an afternoon wandering through shops and stopping wherever catches your eye.

Take Photos at the Famous Antler Arches

You can’t visit Jackson without taking photos under the famous antler arches in Town Square.

These arches are one of the most iconic photo spots in Wyoming and honestly look even cooler in person.

There are four arches located around the square, all made from elk antlers collected from the nearby National Elk Refuge.

✨ Tip: Go early in the morning or later in the evening if you want fewer crowds for photos.

At night, the square lights up and feels incredibly cozy and charming.

Grab Lunch at Bin22

If you love wine, tapas, and Italian-inspired food, Bin22 is a MUST. This spot ended up being one of our favorite lunch stops in Jackson.
